All office visits are by appointment only.

Office hours are flexible and can usually accommodate early morning or late evening appointments as needed. The office is closed on Friday night and all day Saturday.

While we do not participate with any insurance companies, we do bill insurance companies electronically. Out-of-Network co-pays remain the responsibility of the patient.  The office can accept credit cards, debit card, checks, Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
