Although cannabis in this country has been illegal for almost 100 years, prior to the mid-1930's, cannabis was a well regarded and often used medicine for a variety of illnesses and conditions. As individual States vote to allow cannabis to be legal for medicinal and/or adult use, the need to understand cannabis is critical. What is cannabis? How does it work? Is it right for me? How can I safely use cannabis? Does it interact with other medications? Where do I buy it? Is cannabis legal? What does the research say? And many other questions...
Having embarked on a deep exploration of the current literature, attended workshops, taught workshops, visited dispensaries, and spent many hours in personal communication with experts in the field, I am prepared to help educate anyone interested in increasing their knowledge and understanding of cannabis as a medicine for health and wellness.
